Brandie was born and raised in Kelowna and attended OUC to obtain her certifications in personal and group training. As well as online certifications in Fitness Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning through the international Sports and Science Association. Brandie also completed her NCCP level one Olympic lifting certification.
Being active has always been a major part of Brandie’s lifestyle as she grew up playing many sports but hockey became her passion as she was the first and only female in Kelowna to play at a tier one (boys) level for several years. This led Brandie to volunteer with Kelowna Minor Hockey as a coach and trainer for 11 years.
Through her love of the game and helping players succeed Brandie attended further training at the Atheletes performance centre in Phoenix as well as hands on training with Crash Conditioning from Calgary which introduced Brandie to training athletes from youth to Olympic and professional hockey careers.
Brandie has over 12 yrs of experience and enjoys helping all her clients stay active and healthy through consistent strength and conditioning programs to keep them at their best.
When not in the gym Brandie has 4 dogs who love to hike and enjoys time on the lake or camping with family and friends and of course hockey. Brandie’s motto is..Health is our greatest wealth.
