Brandie was born and raised in Kelowna and attended OUC to obtain her certifications in personal and group training. As well as online certifications in Fitness Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning through the international Sports and Science Association. Being active has always been a major part of Brandie’s lifestyle as she grew up playing many sports but hockey became her passion as she was the first and only female in Kelowna to play at a tier one (boys) level for several years. This led Brandie to volunteer with Kelowna Minor Hockey as a coach and trainer for 11 years.
